FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to obstetrics and gynecology, and is intended to predict the effectiveness of treatment of moderate preeclampsia, including in women with chronic arterial hypertension, starting from 24 weeks of pregnancy. In pregnant women up to 36 weeks of gestation, the relative content of CD20-CD38 + in the population of CD19 + B-lymphocytes is determined. If its value is more than 2.8%, a positive effect of the treatment of moderate preeclampsia is predicted. With a value of 2.8% or less, no positive effect from the treatment of moderate preeclampsia is predicted.
EFFECT: invention provides an expansion of the arsenal of tools for predicting effectiveness of treatment of moderate preeclampsia.
