FIELD: heating system.
SUBSTANCE: continuous burning boiler is the fireproof, sealed, heat-insulated housing of sufficient size for a person to move in it, with the sealed front door on the front wall. The flame tube 3, fixed relative to the housing walls is located in the lower part of the housing 1, preferably at the equal distance from the side walls. The flame tube 3 has the perforation at its section, located closer to the housing front wall, but at some distance from it, and communicates with the atmosphere through the secondary air blast valve gate 4, located on the housing 1 front wall. The flame tube 3 by its other end is connected to the flue 5, located at the rear part of the housing 1, which is the inner part of not heat-insulated heat exchanger 6, located inside the housing 1 away from its walls, the input and output pipes 7, 8 for coolant, which go outside the housing 1. The primary air blast valve gate 9 is located in the lower part of the rear wall of the housing 1 and it is connected to the guide pipe 12, directed under the flame tube 3 along it. The outlet flue gas temperature sensor 10 is located in the flue 5 above the heat exchanger 6, the coolant outlet temperature sensor 11 is located in the outlet pipe 8 of the heat exchanger 6. Based on the sensors 10 and 11 readings, the manual or automatic adjustment of the valve gates 9 and 4 nominal bores of the primary and secondary air blast is carried out.
EFFECT: increased combustion duration, elimination of housing walls overheating, high maintainability.
