FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method of diagnostics of vascular calcification of cardiovascular system in patients with coronary heart disease consists of the following stages: getting a blood sample of a patient with coronary heart disease (CHD); measurement of gene products mir-199a-5p and mir-382 in blood samples of the patient with coronary heart disease using the methods of estimating the amount of RNA; comparison of the level of production of genes mir-199a-5p and mir-382 in tested samples with control; prediction of the existence of calcification in patients with coronary heart disease, if the level of production of genes mir-199a-5p and mir-382 in tested samples is increased compared with control samples.
EFFECT: improved diagnostic accuracy.
