SUBSTANCE: household appliance for hair care is proposed, comprising a body (30) containing an air duct which may at least partially define a fluid channel passing through the body (30), an outer wall extending around the duct and a lateral wall extending between the air duct and the outer wall, in which on the side wall there is a control switch (64a, 64b) and in which all of the following components: the outer wall, the lateral wall, and the air duct are outer walls of the household appliance. The body has an inlet end and an outlet end, and the lateral wall is located at the inlet end. The lateral wall may at least partially define the inlet of the fluid passage. The air duct can be recessed into the outer wall at the inlet end. A handle (20) may be provided with the second control switch (64a, 64b), which may be located on the handle adjacent to the inlet end of the body.

EFFECT: providing the ease of the setting adjustment for a user without changing the position of the grip.
