SUBSTANCE: nozzle for a hand-held household appliance comprising a housing with a wall therein, an inlet for fluid at one of the end of the wall and a fluid outlet made in the wall, wherein the fluid outlet comprises at least one groove extending along the wall and in which at least one groove is formed by an overlap between the first end of the wall and the second end of the wall. Said wall may be formed using at least two plates. And the first of the at least two plates may comprise the first end of the wall. While the second of the at least two plates may comprise the second end of the wall. Said first of at least two plates can define the radially inner surface of the groove. Said second of at least two plates can define the radially outer surface of the groove. Said groove can be tangent to the wall.
