Perforations of the outer wall are spaced from the perforations of the inner wall. Inner wall and/or outer wall may comprise a plurality of perforations extending at least partially around the inner wall. Outer wall may comprise a plurality of perforated holes located at least in part along the outer wall. Handle may comprise a first end and a second end.
