SUBSTANCE: stand has shaft for wheel in contact with rail track simulator and coupled with electric motor, wheel radial vertical loading mechanism and wheel side horizontal loading mechanism, shoe brake installed for interaction with wheel under test and spring-loaded lever one end of which is coupled with wheel radial vertical loading mechanism. Rail track simulator is length of rail resting at one side from zone of contact with wheel on roller support on stand base and. Roller is installed on other end of spring loaded wheel for supporting other side of rail length. In second design version of stand rail track simulator is made in form of roll whose profile is the same as that of rail, roll being hinge mounted on other end of spring-loaded lever.
