SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oxygen separation device for adsorption system with pressure reversal. In order to provide at least one maintenance improvement, increased service life and reduced energy consumption, the oxygen separation device comprises a gas inlet on the primary side for directing the oxygen-containing gas to the oxygen separation device and a gas outlet on the secondary side for directing the oxygen-enriched gas from the oxygen separation device, an oxygen separation membrane containing sorbent for oxygen separation for separating oxygen from the oxygen-containing gas by means of sorption of at least one component of oxygen-containing gas, besides oxygen it comprises a support structure for holding the membrane for oxygen separation, the supporting structure comprises a plurality of supporting hubs which are attached to the membrane for oxygen separation. The invention further relates to the oxygen separator and method for creating the oxygen separation device for adsorption system with pressure reversal.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to extend service life of the device and reduce energy consumption.
