FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: process comprises of (a) treating a suspension, which includes an untreated filler, that is not pre-dried, using a treating agent, thereby making a suspension of the treated filler, and (b) drying the treated filler suspension to produce a treated filler. The treating agent contains a polymer that has (i) the first group, which interacts with a raw filler, and (ii) the second group, which interacts with the rubber matrix, which incorporates the treated filler.

EFFECT: invention improves compatibility of the filler with the polymer matrix, improves the technological viscosity and prevents the phase separation of fillers with high specific surface area and of the polymer matrix that improves dynamic and mechanical properties of rubber tires of light vehicles and truck tires.
