FIELD: engine devices and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: fuel/air mixture is supplied to the engine (8), and the engine crankshaft (13) drives the operating member by means of a clutch that engages coupling depending on engine speed (8). The clutch makes the drive connection to the crankshaft (13) at a speed greater than the speed at which the clutch is engaged and interrupts the drive connection to the crankshaft (13) at speeds below the speed at which the clutch is engaged. In the engine (8) combustion chamber (22), an ignition plug (23) is located, which is controlled by the ignition device (24). The speed blocking circuit (33) is activated when the engine is started (8). Using the circuit (33), the instantaneous engine speed (8) is set lower than the speed at which the clutch is engaged. The blocking circuit (33) determines the control variable, depending on the value of which the engine operation parameters (8) are adapted to change the instantaneous speed. The blocking circuit (33) is disabled when the value of control variable of control process determined for adapting the operation parameters of the rotation lock circuit (33) is outside the specified range of control variable absolute value. Also embodiment of method is disclosed for controlling the internal combustion engine speed (8) in a manually-directed working tool.
EFFECT: possibility to switch off the speed blocking circuit regardless of the user's influence.
