SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of producing 3,8-diaryl-2,3,4,7,8,9-hexahydrobenzo[1,3]oxazino[5,6-h][1,3]benzoxazines of the general formula
, Ar = C6H5, n-ClC6H4, n-BrC6H4, n-CH3C6H4, which can be used as drugs with fungicidal, anti-inflammatory, anticonvulsant and anticancer activity. The production method is carried out by reacting N,N-bis (methoxymethyl) -N-aryl (phenyl, n-chlorophenyl, p-methylphenyl, n-bromophenyl) amines with pyrocatechol in the presence of a catalyst of a crystalline nitrate samarium Sm(NO3)3 * 6H2O, taken in the molar ratio N,N-bis (methoxymethyl) -N-arylamine: pyrocatechin: Sm(NO3)3 * 6H2O = 1:1:(0.03-0.07). The reaction is carried out in ethyl ether of acetic acid as a solvent at room temperature (~20°C) and atmospheric pressure for 6-8 hours.
