FIELD: tool engineering.

SUBSTANCE: software hardware of the geolocation and navigation complex contains a single-block panel computer, panel computer, operating integrity automated built-in control system with current status information display of the components on the monitor of the panel computer, a system of audio announcement of events in the surveyor, software tools, designed to complete correction determination and control tasks required to ensure the necessary accuracy of geodetic survey parameter determination. The single-block panel computer is equipped with a heating system, designed for automatic switch-on at the ambient temperature from minus 5°C and below and operation system start-up in this mode five minutes after the panel computer start-up, two channels of USB interface, Ethernet channel, serial RS-232 exchange channel with a galvanic decoupler, handling all the signal set, five serial RS-232 exchange channels with a galvanic decouper, handling all the T×D and R×D signal set, serial RS-485 exchange channel with a galvanic decoupler, discrete inputs and outputs, PS/2 interface channel for connecting the keyboard and manipulator, two output channels to the right and left external speakers. The single-block panel computer is configured to receive and display a video signal via the DVI and VGA channels, to support the connection with the external devices via RS-232 channel, to perform functions, determined by the software when pressing function keys, to heat up to the operating temperature. While displaying the information of the operating integrity automated built-in control system about the current status of the components on the monitor of the panel computer in 'Status' mode, all the information array is divided into sections based on the actual membership, which define the specific operational messages in accordance with the actual status of the component. The automated built-in control system is designed to perform continuous automatic control in all operating modes of the software hardware. The voice messages of the audio announcement system are functionally divided into several sections: audio messages of the surveyor location and deviation from the scheduled route, audio messages of the surveyor availability for movement, audio messages of the component failures, values of the determined and final corrections of the sighting device, coefficient values of the mechanical speed sensor and Doppler speed sensor, angle corrections of the sensors, correction values of the roll and pitch measurements, a value of correction for the local time are collected in a pop-up window of the 'Corrections' tab. When the software hardware is put into operation, the product is adjusted and set-up within the 'Calibration' task. In order to detect hidden defects, technological breaking-in is carried out.

EFFECT: expansion of functionality based on the creation of hardware and software of the geolocation and navigation complex that provides the connection of the necessary number of peripheral devices, receiving and processing of the information from the corresponding surveyor devices, high quality of automated operation determination and control and calibration of its devices and systems, additional opportunities for the attention concentration of the crew.
