The mounting tool for locking the reinforcing rods into the cone-shaped coupling comprises press heads and an engine, either rigidly connected or movable and matched to the pressing heads, and the pressing heads are combined into a pair where one end is left open and the diameter of this opening must be more than the shank of the cone-shaped coupling. Locking the clamp at the reinforcement rods by snapping and fixing between the couplings and the clamp are carried out according to the principle of inclined self-gripping surfaces.
