FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: acoustic nozzle with double liquid inlet comprises a resonator in the form of a toroidal cavity, the axis of which is arranged coaxially to the body. The cavity is connected by at least one calibrated opening with a circular slot formed by end planes of a cup and rod on the side of the collar conical surface. In the body of the central rod with the head coaxially arranged in the sleeve coaxial with the body, there is a tube for central injection of liquid with at least three branches located perpendicularly to the conical surface of the head of the central rod. An outer diffuser is coaxially fixed to the lower part of the nozzle body. An inner perforated diffuser is attached to the center of the end surface of the central rod head so that the outlet sections of the outer and inner diffusers lie in the same plane perpendicular to the axis of the resonator.
EFFECT: increased spraying efficiency.
