FIELD: devices for spraying or atomizing liquids.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for liquids, solutions spraying. Acoustic atomizer with dual liquid inlet contains a body with a beaker placed inside and a rod with a conical collar forming a generator of acoustic oscillations in the form of a nozzle and a resonator made in the form of concentric annular slits. Atomizer also comprises a ring with a conical surface connected to the body, and a nebulizer fixed in the housing by means of a ring and made in the form of an annular cavity delimited by a cylindrical sleeve in which the fluid supply holes are uniformly arranged. Resonator is made in the form of at least one spherical cavity located in the body of the central rod, coaxially located in a glass, coaxial to the body. Spherical cavity is connected by a calibrated hole with an annular gap formed by the end planes of the glass and the rod from the side of the conic surface of the collar. Rod is arranged to be fixedly movable along the axis of the housing by means of a threaded connection fixed by the lock nuts. Resonator is configured to control the generated frequency of acoustic vibrations by adjusting the width of the annular gap defined by the end faces of the cup and a rod on the side of the conical surface of the bead by means of mounting between the bottom of the cup and the end of the stem from the side opposite the conical surface of the collar, calibrated gaskets. Thickness of the gaskets corresponds to the specified frequency of acoustic oscillations. Resonator is made in the form of a toroidal cavity, the axis of which is located coaxially with the body. Cavity is connected by at least one calibrated hole with an annular slit formed by the end planes of the glass and the rod from the side of the conical surface of the collar. In the body of the central rod with a head coaxially located in a cup coaxial with the body, a tube is provided for the central injection of the liquid with at least three branches located perpendicular to the conical surface of the head of the central rod. External diffuser of the atomizer is coaxially attached to the lower part of the nozzle body. Inner perforated diffuser is fixed to the center of the end surface of the head of the central rod in such a way that the output sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in one plane perpendicular to the axis of the resonator.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying.
