FIELD: engineering industry; disperser of fluids and solutions.

SUBSTANCE: acoustic burner consists of cage with sleeve placed inside and rod with conic bead organising the generator of acoustic oscillations in the form of a nozzle and the resonator, executed in the form of concentric ring slots, a ring with a conic surface, linked with the cage, and disperser fixed in the cage by means of a ring, and executed in the form of the ring cavity restricted by a cylindrical barrel in which holes for fluid feeding are equally-spaced. Resonator is executed in the form of, at least, one spherical cavity located in a body of the central rod, coaxially located in a sleeve, coaxial to the cage, and the spherical cavity is connected by the gauged hole with the ring slot organised by face planes of a sleeve and a rod from a conic surface of a bead. And the rod is located with possibility of the fixed moving along an axis of the cage by means of the carving connection fixed by palnuts. Resonator is executed with possibility to regulate the generated frequency of acoustic oscillations due to width regulation of the ring slot organised by face planes of sleeve and rod from conic surface of a bead, by means of installation between the bottom of sleeve and back of rod from the side opposite to conic surface of bead, the gage blocks which width corresponds to the set frequency of acoustic oscillations. Resonator can be executed in the form of the toroidal cavity, axis of which is located coaxially to the cage, and the cavity is connected, at least, by one gagged hole to the ring slot organised by face planes of sleeve and rod from conic surface of bead.

EFFECT: efficiency upgrading of dispersion.
