FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: in the method of producing hydrocarbon resins by reaction of the absorbent 50/370 with maleic anhydride under heating according to the invention, the synthesis is carried out at a temperature of 150-180°C for 20-25 minutes, by adding the dispersed absorbent 50/370 of maleic anhydride and monoalkylphenol resin in a heavy fraction pre-heated to 150-180°C, with the simultaneous action of the rotating magnetic field and the static electric field, wherein the distillation of the absorbent 50/370 is carried out by heating to a temperature of 150-180°C with the simultaneous action of the rotating magnetic field and the static electric field, and monoalkylphenol resin is produced by mixing monoalkylphenol and paraformaldehyde when heated to a temperature of 55-60°C, introducing the catalyst of paratoluene sulfonic acid and subsequent heating to a temperature of 70°C for 2-2.5 hours.
EFFECT: resin is produced as an additive for the production of rubber products with high adhesion.
