SUBSTANCE: spread contains butter, rapeseed oil, interesterified fat, milk powder, sugar, salt, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin, citric acid, sorbic acid, β-carotene and water. At that, the spread further comprises an oligosaccharide of plant origin, inulin as a probiotic additive.
EFFECT: diet enrichment with functional food ingredients, medium-fat cream-and-vegetable spreads of a given structure and consistency, expanding the range of fat-and-oil emulsion products characterized by high nutritional value and biological efficiency, reduced use of synthetic food additives that improve spreads consistency.
