FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and fat production. Spread including fat phase in number of 70%, which consists of natural and fractionated fats and oils, full milk powder, food additives and flavors. Notably that fat phase is a composition of milk fat, fractionated palm oil with the melting temperature 36-39°C, palm oleine and oil palm kernel. Combination of natural antioxidant of rosemary and green tea extracts, ascorbic acid at ratio 1:1, emulsifier, preservation agent and color - beta-carotene, and natural identical flavor, water. All components are added with particular ratio.
EFFECT: preparation of product having higher nutritional value, which is ensured by absence of trans-isomeric fatty acid sources in the composition and presence of physiologically valuable ingredients: saturated fatty acids with the average chain length, which decrease cholesterol level and natural bioflavonoids.
