SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dairy industry. Butter contains butter, unrefined vegetable oils of camellia and macadamia and water, with the following ratio of initial components, wt. %: butter - 77.0–79.0, unrefined camellia oil - 0.5–1.5, unrefined macadamia oil - 0.5–1.5, water is the balance.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of butter, enhance its nutritive value and improve organoleptic properties.
