FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fat-and-oil industry. Vegetable fat spread containing in quality of initial components a fatty phase in number of 40-80 %, dry skim milk, food additives, flavouring material, vitamins and water. The fatty phase corresponding a composition of fractionated palm-oil with 36-39°C, palm olein with 19-24°C, palm stearin with 48-54°C and sunflower and-or rape oil, and as food additives use lecithin, fat acids monoglycerides, lemon acid, potassium sorbate and food salt, as vitamins use fat-soluble vitamins - vitamin A and vitamin D3, in quality flavouring material - flavouring material identical natural, and in addition contains an antioxidant - an extract of green tea, barmy autolysate and sea-buckthorn and-or cedar oil. All ingredients are added in accordance with certain ratio.
EFFECT: invention allows receiving a high-quality product with necessary physical and chemical and organoleptic indicators, not containing sources the trans-isomeric acids, the raised food value.
