SUBSTANCE: antenna reflector made of polymer composite materials consists of a reinforced thin shell of complex curvature and a set of ribs. Moreover, the ribs are arranged orthogonally and coincide in the direction with the reinforcement structure of the layers of the shell composite. Doubletee ribs are used in the most stressed places.
EFFECT: higher strength, stiffness, increase in dimensional stability, reduction of weight, simplification of the placement of the product fastening and various overhead equipment.
