FIELD: rocket technics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for manufacturing articles of complex shapes from polymeric composite materials, for example, reflectors of mirror antennas of telecommunication satellites with a contour pattern, and can be used in rocket and space technology. Device for molding articles of complex shape from polymeric composite materials includes a precision mandrel in the form of a single piece with a working surface, workpiece is stored on a mandrel and a vacuum cover over them fixed on the base of the mandrel. In this case, the shaping working surface of the mandrel is made by a combination of three surfaces: a working surface corresponding to a predetermined shape of the article, ring surface of the second order, made on the basis of the mandrel, and a transition surface between the working and annular surfaces that are mated along the curvature. Technical result achieved with the use of the device according to the invention is the manufacture of reflectors without rejection in terms of the parameter “standard deviation of the reflector profile from the theoretical less than 0.3 mm” both before, and after testing the reflector on the effect of mechanical loads and thermal vacuum tests with thermal cycling.
EFFECT: technical result achieved by using the device according to the invention is the manufacture of reflectors without rejection.
