FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: enzyme complex is obtained by culturing the Streptomyces fradiae strain and is used as an additive to the fodder for farm animals. One of the proteases of the complex has an isoelectric point of the order of 7.0, and the other protease has an isoelectric point of the order of 8.0. The invention also relates to feed mixtures for farm animals, containing said enzymatic complex, as well as to a method for obtaining this complex.
EFFECT: implementation of the group of inventions allows to increase the efficiency of animal feed digestion, to improve the health and general condition of animals, and to reduce feed costs.
