SUBSTANCE: strains of mycelial fungi: Penicillium canescens ECM F-4643D - a producer of a complex enzyme preparation including acidic protease, leucinamine peptidase, endo-xylanase and β-glucanase, characterized by increased activity in hemoglobin, L-leucine-para(4)-nitroanilide, xylan and beta-glucan, Penicillium canescens BKM F-4668D - a producer of a complex enzyme preparation comprising serine protease, endo-xylanase, and β-glucanase, characterized by increased activity in caseinate sodium, xylan and beta-glucan, are proposed. A method for production of a complex enzyme preparation and a method for increase of the nutritional value of animal feed rations are also proposed. The method for enzymes production involves growing of Penicillium canescens ECM F-4643D and Penicillium canescens BKM F-4668D on nutrient media, separation of culture liquid from biomass by press filtration. From the culture liquid, an ultraconcentrate with a filler is obtained by spray drying. Dried enzyme preparations are mixed together in a ratio of 1:1 to obtain a multienzyme composition, which is used to treat the grain feed for animals.

EFFECT: increased nutritional value of animal feed rations.
