FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for production of a taste attractiveness intensifier for usage in fodders for domestic animals with low, average and high moisture content. The method involves: a) provision of the first stage reaction product produced in the following way: (i) implementation of reaction of the substrate with at least one protease with no lipase addition; the substrate containing protein and fat materials, (and) heat inactivation of the said protease and filtration of the obtained cleavage product; b) optionally - fat addition; c) emulsification of the said product of the first stage reaction; d) implementation of reaction of produced emulsion with at least one lipase, with no protease addition, to produce the second stage reaction product; e) addition of at least one reducing sugar and at least one nitrogen compound to the said product of the second stage reaction and the produced mixture heating.
EFFECT: taste attractiveness intensification.
