SUBSTANCE: electrooptical heating element of a hot-water boiler includes a quartz glass tube inside which there is at least one high-temperature electric halogen lamp, creating an irradiation source of infrared glow spectrum. The tube is fixed inside the storage tank of the hot-water boiler and located in its middle part, the capacity of the tube, made of quartz glass, is designed insulated from the liquid heat carrier placed inside the storage tank of the hot-water boiler. The halogen lamp is fixed in the centre of the quartz glass tube, and the terminals of the electric caps of the halogen lamp cartridges are placed outside the hot-water boiler. The storage tank of the hot-water boiler is connected to the heating system of the facility through the inlet and outlet branch pipes.

EFFECT: creating a uniform temperature field and reducing energy costs.
