SUBSTANCE: tobacco mixture contains cut tobacco and a sheet material containing tobacco and one or more plant flowers of the Nicotiana species. The sheet material has at least 7 wt % of one or more of the plant flowers of the Nicotianaspecies relative to the total weight of the tobacco sheet material, in which one or more of the plant flowers of the Nicotiana species is placed on the outer surface of the sheet material. The method comprises forming a sheet material containing tobacco. The sheet material has an outer surface, placing one or more plant flowers of the Nicotiana species on the outer surface of the sheet material. The sheet material has at least 7 wt % of one or more plant flowers of the Nicotianaspecies relative to the total weight of the tobacco sheet material.

EFFECT: creating a completely natural tobacco or tobacco mixture for tobacco products, which have improved flavour or taste, creating a natural tobacco flavouring agent which can be mixed during the method of tobacco production with more homogenous, harmonious and smoother taste, mixing natural tobacco flavour agent with dispersed tobacco with forming sheet with homogenous taste characteristics when used in the smoking product.
