FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method of device calibration for in-situ logging along the borehole includes receiving the first bed measurement signal using a logging device, simulating the second bed measurement signal, calculating the calibration factor, based on the comparison of the received first measurement signal and simulated second measurement signal. Then the third bed measurement signal is received using the logging device. The first, second and third measurement signals correspond to one and the same pair transmitter-receiver of the logging device, and the received third measurement signal is calibrated based on the calibration factor.

EFFECT: receiving accurate measurement signals of great logging depth.
