FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound having the formula
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or stereoisomer thereof. In the formula (IVa): (i) R1 and R3 together with the atoms to which they are attached form an optionally substituted 3-20 membered heterocyclyl and R4 is hydrogen; or (ii) R3 and R4 together form a double bond and together with R1 and the atoms to which they are attached form an optionally substituted 5-20 membered heteroaryl; R2 is hydrogen, C1-6alkyl or absent; R5 is hydrogen; R6 and R7 are hydrogen; m is 0; n is 1; and wherein heterocyclyl or heteroaryl may be substituted by one or more substituents selected from C1-6alkyl. And heterocyclyl is a monocyclic or polycyclic ring system, which contains at least one non-aromatic ring containing one or more heteroatoms, selected from N, and the rest of the ring atoms are carbon atoms, heteroaryl is a monocyclic or polycyclic ring system, which contains at least one aromatic ring containing one or more heteroatoms, independently selected from S and N. A pharmaceutical composition and a method for neurological disorder treatment are also proposed.
EFFECT: compound of the formula is used to treat neurological disorders.
