SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of highly effective methods of synthesis of polycyclicnitramine 2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitro-2,4,6.8,10,12-hexaazatetracyclo [5,5,0,0^3,11,0^5,9]dodecane (hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane HAW, CL-20). A method is proposed for obtaining and use of a catalyst for repeated use in an industrial process of two-stage hydrogenolysis in the production of CL-20, in which a palladium complex is applied to a previously prepared pyrolytic carrier. Then it is impregnated with a solution of the palladium hydroxo complex, which, after a two-stage hydrogenolysis cycle, is separated from the reaction products by filtration, washed first with water. Then, with a solution of soda and stored under a layer of water in the absence of air access at a reduced temperature, and in the second and subsequent cycles of hydrogenolysis, a doubled amount of the spent catalyst is used.

EFFECT: obtaining a catalyst resistant to the deactivation processes with reusability in the industrial process of two-stage hydrogenolysis in the production of CL-20.
