FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: functional metallosiloxanes of the general formula (I) (RO)p-M-[OSiR'R"n (OAlk)2-n]m, where M is a two-, three- or tetravalent metal; p+m corresponds to the valence of the metal, provided that p and m≠0; N is 0 or 1; R - C1-C4Alkyl; R'and R"are independently the same or different and are C1-C4Alkyl, C6H5-, CH2=CH- and NH2(CH2)x, where x has values from 2 to 5, Alk - C1-C4Alkyl. A method for the preparation of functional metallosiloxanes, the products of their partial hydrolysis and their preparation, as well as their use as a cross-linking agent in curable rubber-based compositions, preferably silicone rubber, are also proposed.
EFFECT: functional metallosiloxanes as well as the products of their partial hydrolysis have excellent compatibility with high molecular weight organosiloxane polymers and good solubility in organic solvents, which makes it possible to effectively use them as crosslinking agents.
