According to the invention the package is characterised in that said dimensions comply with the following conditions: height h equals or exceeds thickness e, and the ratio (I⋅e)/h2 is selected in the range from 1 to 10. Such pack design makes the seam area non-deformable in a direction perpendicular to the welded ends of the film, substantially without changing the flexibility of the seam area in a direction tangential with respect to the welded ends.
