Method of selective analysis based on immunological reactions using biochips includes sample preparation, mixing of sample antigens with superparamagnetic particles, connected with antibodies to said sample antigens, transporting the mixture to the selective detection zone by immunological reactions through capillaries and exposing the mixture to a magnetic field. In this case, the action of the magnetic field is carried out during the passage of the mixture through the capillaries, moving it along the capillaries in the direction from the entrance of the mixture to the outlet, and an inhomogeneous magnetic field that varies in time and space is used. After passing through the capillaries, the mixture is subsequently moved by a magnetic field through all zones of selective detection according to immunological responses.

EFFECT: invention enables increased sensitivity.
