FIELD: means of diagnosing viral infections.
SUBSTANCE: multiparameter diagnostic test system for simultaneous differential detection by immunofluorescence analysis of viruses of the following types: influenza A and B viruses circulating primarily in the human population, adenovirus, respiratory syncytial virus, parainfluenza viruses of type 2 and 3, includes a protein chip for simultaneous detection of said viruses in a sample containing antibodies to influenza A and B viruses, adenovirus, respiratory syncytial virus, type 2 and 3 parainfluenza viruses, in concentration of 250 mcg/ml of each of the above antibody types, lysis buffer solution for sample preparation, solutions for two-stage chip blocking, including solution for the first stage, which is 0.4 % NaHB4, 20 % ethanol in PBS, and a second step solution containing 1 % BSA in 20 mM Na2HPO4, pH 8.5, used immediately before analysis of the sample, wherein the protein chip is a substrate with aldehyde groups or an amino silane substrate, and antibodies to influenza A and B viruses, adenovirus, respiratory syncytial virus, parainfluenza viruses of type 2 and 3 are obtained as follows: obtaining antibody-producing splenocytes; accumulation of murine myeloma cells; fusion of antibody-producing splenocytes with myeloma cells; selection by hybridomas; inoculating the hybridoma cells in the abdominal cavity of mice are primed with pristane; accumulation of monoclonal antibodies in ascites; purification of obtained monoclonal antibodies.
EFFECT: invention provides fast and accurate virus type detection.
