FIELD: micro-technology.

SUBSTANCE: bio-chip contains micro-reaction system positioned on the base with analytical camera, provided with transparent lid for passage of stream of analyzed radiation, on which kinoform is formed for focusing the stream of analyzed radiation in the photo-receipt zone. Transparent lid of analytical chamber may be made in form of material with width of pass band within analyzed portion of spectrum. Analytical chamber may be additionally provided with element for light excitation of analyzed radiation, while micro-reaction system is provided with ferment-substrate or receptor-ligand bio-luminescence module.

EFFECT: increased precision of measurements of luminescence (fluorescence) due to decreased losses of informational optical signal.
