SUBSTANCE: binocular magnifier comprises a jumper comprising a connector for attachment to eyeglasses and magnifier eyepieces that contain a magnifying lens of fixed optical power, a sealed lens filled with liquid and having variable optical power; a control element to change the optical power of the lens, a distance sensor attached to the jumper, to measure the distance between the user and the object, and an electronic control device that is attached to the jumper, to perform a comparison of the measured distances with the focal length of the magnifier eyepieces. If the measured distance is outside the threshold range from the focal length, the optical power of one or more lenses is independently adjusted. Eyepieces, the distance sensor, the electronic device can be executed modularly with the possibility of removal and installation.
EFFECT: ensuring the ease and continuity of the adjustment of the liquid lens for correcting the positive optical power and improving the binocular vision due to the independence of each lens setting.
