FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes bringing the two-component catalyst system in contact with an olefin monomer and optionally an olefin co-monomer in the reactor or system of the polymerization reactors in terms of polymerization with obtaining an olefin polymer. The olefin polymer contains a higher molecular weight component and a lower molecular weight component. The two-component catalyst system comprises the first metallocene catalyst component and the second metallocene catalyst component. The reaction temperature is 60-110°C and the interaction time is from 10 min to 2 h. Controlling the weight relationship of a higher molecular weight component to a lower molecular component is achieved through the regulation of the reaction temperature, where the weight ratio of a higher molecular weight component to a lower molecular component increases with the increase of the reaction temperature.
EFFECT: obtaining a specific grade of olefin polymer with specific polymer properties.
