SUBSTANCE: device includes a tubular body rigidly coupled to the axial sleeve of the initiator, the igniter capsule of which, engaged with the point of the external firing mechanism, is installed in the central fire-transfer channel above the receiver connected through reversible communication channels to the drainage windows of the body, geometrically closed with the opposite end flange of the executive shell. The multilayer pyro-powder shell equipment consistently contains of end-burning charges: smoky rifle powder, the main and reinforcing, adjacent to the exit nozzle of shell. The main charge of executive shell equipment represents a set of layers of slowly burning pyrotechnic compositions. The reinforcing charge is made of ignition enhancer composition and equipped with a charge hollow facing the exit nozzle. The ignition charge of executive shell equipment is predominantly made of spark-formed pyrotechnic composition.

EFFECT: igniter operation is ensured with high precision of combustion thermodynamic mode of it shell equipment with precise accuracy of time delay from initiating an igniter capsule to enhanced spark-formed torch on the executive charge of the main device, expanding scope.
