FIELD: armaments and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: signal round contains shell with axial bottom electric primer, ignition-and-blow-off charge, and container with functional equipment. The electric igniter is adjacent to the ignition-and-blow-off charge. The charge is connected with the functional equipment of the polymer container. The container is made in form of rigidly linked two coaxial cylinders and has wad. Between the ignition-and-blow-off charge and the container covered with lid the expansion chamber is made. In the chamber the end of quick match with armoured enclosure is located, it is secured in the central cylinder of the container. The top end of the cylinder is located at middle of functional equipment, to it the wad is pressed by the lid secured to the container.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of round.
