FIELD: blasting.

SUBSTANCE: method is suggested for manufacture of pyrotechnic elements with coating sensitive to fire impulse for signaling and fireworks product. Mixture of igniter composition is prepared in ethyl alcohol by means of serial filling up of the following components - magnesium powder, powder of aluminium-magnesium alloy and iron powder - into 20%-solution of phenol formaldehyde resin in ethyl alcohol, mixing, addition of potassium nitrate and mixing. Pyrotechnic elements are poured with mixture of alcohol and acetone with ratio of 30/70 and mixed to plasticise surface of pyrotechnical elements by 20-30% from their volume. Then pyrotechnic elements are poured with prepared suspension of igniter composition in ethyl alcohol and mixed with even rubbing of igniter composition in plasticised surface of pyrotechnic elements. Afterwards, pyrotechnic elements are mixed with black powder core with its even rubbing into plasticized surface of pyrotechnical elements and dried till content of volatile substances is 0.2-0.3%.

EFFECT: improved sensitivity of pyrotechnical elements to heat impulse.
