SUBSTANCE: high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-CHOLESTEROL) (1.341), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-CHOLESTEROL), index of functional changes (IFC), C22:0 fatty acid (FA), C24:1(15) (FA), coefficient of efficiency of fatty acids metabolization (FAM) and a constant offset are determined. Value of the discriminant function (d) is determined. If the value of d is less than or equal to -2.377 the probability of developing CHD is 1. At a value of d from more than -2.377 to -0.880 the probability of developing CHD is less than 1 to 0.5. With a value of d equal to 0.428, the probability of developing CHD is absent.
EFFECT: method allows to easily and reliably conduct an individual quantitative assessment of the development of coronary heart disease by determining the most significant indicators.
