FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: visualization system which is realizing contact with a visualizing probe contains one or more processors programmed using computer program instructions which in case of execution induce system to accept the volume data obtained from three-dimensional visualization volume of anatomical structure in real time at the first density of a bundle, to adjust three-dimensional anatomic model according to volume data, using recognition of anatomical structure, to use the adjusted three-dimensional model for a choice of one or more parts of anatomical structure for visualization of parts in real time at the second density of the bundle. The second density of the bundle is greater than the first density of the bundle, to initiate visualization of parts in real time concerning the chosen parts at the second density of the bundle, to selectively interrupt visualization of parts in real time concerning the chosen parts for repeated performance of visualization of volume of anatomical structure in real time at the first density of the bundle, to accept the updated volume data obtained from repeatedly performed visualization of volume in real time, to carry out recognition of anatomical structure for correction of three-dimensional anatomic model according to the mentioned updated volume data, and automatically and without the need of user intervention, repeatedly initiate visualization of parts in real time concerning the chosen parts at the second density of the bundle. The visualization system comprises a permanent machine-readable storage medium on which machine-readable instructions are stored.
EFFECT: use of inventions allows to carry out automatic segmentation of complex anatomical structures.
