FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for pre-operation examination of patient with pathology of coronary vessels. Selective coronography is performed, which includes introduction into patient of radio-opaque substance, installation of roentgen tube at definite angle to patient's body and taking pictures in fourth standard and first standard projections. In case of abnormally located coronary arteries, additionally, before taking further pictures, basing on first two obtained pictures, by means of ECM, space structure of coronary channel is restored by building three-dimensional model of coronary channel in zone of interest - orifices of coronary arteries and/or aortic bulb at the moment of the greatest contrasting of coronary vessels. Three-dimensional model is turned at angle allowing to obtain the best viewing of constriction place and determining peculiarities of anatomic passage of coronary vessels. Roentgen tube is placed in fourth standard or first standard projection, roentgen tube being turned at angle of additional turn, obtained, when three-dimensional model was turned.

EFFECT: increase estimation accuracy, reduction of amount of radio-opaque substance introduced into patient and number of complications induced by performed examination.
