FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical technology, namely to medical ultrasound diagnostic systems. Ultrasound diagnostic system comprises a matrix probe configured to scan in real time a plurality of image planes in the body, a controller for controlling scanning by a matrix probe, an image processor coupled to a matrix probe, a display connected to the image processor, data representing an anatomical model of the anatomical object, an image co-processor, wherein the controller is configured to cause the matrix probe to scan in real time the image plane corresponding to the orientation data of the image plane. Ultrasonic imaging method comprises selecting a plurality of different image planes of the anatomical object, and the first image plane being one of the selected image planes, positioning the matrix probe in the acoustic window for the target anatomical object, obtaining 2D image of the first plane of the anatomical object, combining the 2D image with the data of the anatomical model of the target anatomical object, identifying the orientation data of the second image plane of the target anatomical object in response to the alignment of the 2D image of the first plane, wherein the coordinates of the plane of the second image plane are found from the data of the anatomical model, controlling by the beamforming controller a matrix probe for scanning the first plane and the second image plane in real time in response to orientation data, at that the orientation data being connected to a gate signal for the beam shape controller, and simultaneously displaying the ultrasound images of the first plane and the second image plane in real time. In the ultrasonic imaging method of the second embodiment of the method, the volume of the 3D image data of the target anatomical object is obtained, the one plane from the data set is combined with the data of the anatomical model and identifying the orientation data of the plurality of selected image planes in response to the alignment of one image plane from the 3D image data set.
EFFECT: use of a group of inventions makes it possible to obtain standard sections of the target anatomy in real time.
