SUBSTANCE: steamer comprises the cooking chamber, which is capable of food products boiling with water; the first block, which is capable of water supply into the cooking chamber; the second block, which is capable of information gaining, which is linked with the boiling interruption; and the controller, which is capable of the first block actuation in accordance with the information, which is linked with the interruption, after the boiling renewal after the interruption. In the steamer, the influence of the interruption on the cooking process, in particular on the water supplied into the cooking chamber, is taken into account.
EFFECT: cooked food products taste improvement.
