SUBSTANCE: invention consists in the method of producing lactic acid, where the method includes the stage of removing glycerine from an aqueous solution of lactic acid containing glycerine as an impurity using ion exchange resin, and the specified ion exchange resin adsorbs glycerine contained in the aqueous solution of lactic acid. The invention also relates to a method of producing the mentioned compounds.
EFFECT: with the present invention, lactic acid can be easily and economically isolated from an aqueous solution of lactic acid containing glycerine as an impurity.
