FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test equipment and can be used mainly in structural test stands, including aviation ones. System controls at least one actuating element, equipped with at least one feedback sensor and comprising a control unit, analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters, devices for generating and processing discrete control signals, and includes an upper level automated control system (upper level ACS), connected to the lower level automated control system (lower level ACS) through the interface. System is built according to the block-modular principle, and the lower level automated system is configured to perform a software reconfiguration, depending on the amount of tasks to be performed, determined by the upper level ACS commands. System is located either directly on the hydraulic loader, or at a distance of possible interaction with it and contains an interface module by two-way communication connected to a control unit divided into a decision part module, which is a microcomputer with a real-time operating system (RTOS), and an operational part module implemented, for example, on the basis of a high-speed programmable logic integrated circuit (PLIC). Connection between the lower level ACS, the upper level control system and the circuit elements, including the control valve, feedback sensors, is implemented as a wired and/or wireless high-speed data link.
EFFECT: technical result is increased reliability, variability and flexibility of the system, as well as reduced energy costs for structural tests due to the block-modular construction of the automated control system.
