FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. The expected result is achieved by collecting data on the state of the equipment and its operating parameters, monitoring the state and control system, and before it is turned on, remote control agents and an additional computational control module are introduced into it to launch remote control agents of the equipment. Before launching remote control, primary equipment is monitored, which is included in the control system through a variety of communication devices with the object. At startup, the operational management teams use the remote management agent to check the indicators of local equipment for compliance with its parameters with the permissive management rules. If the command is issued in accordance with the rules of operational management and these rules can be detected by an additional computing module and a response can be received, then the control of the primary equipment is either permitted or blocked. If there are not enough local indicators of the state of the equipment, then a request is sent through the first agent to the second agent located in another local control system connected to the equipment of the first local system. The first agent requests the result of obtaining a criterion that is missing to identify the rules for making an enabling or prohibiting decision. From the second agent that has received the request, a response is received to the request from the first agent and either a response is sent in the reverse direction, or the request is passed to the third agent. Requests are sent until all agents are polled. If responses to requests are not received from the agents, the command of the first agent is blocked, and when the first agent receives a response to all requests, the first agent is permitted or prohibited from managing the object.
