SUBSTANCE: software and hardware complex of an automated control system that represents an information system, including software and hardware facilities, representing cabinets, panels, consoles, display workstations and their elements in the form of blocks, controllers, relays, electrical equipment, optical devices, electronic devices, electrical-installation products and constructive installation products installed on pedestals, and/or shock-resistant platforms and/or damping bases, in which bases for electrical equipment are built, consisting of 3D-compensators, vibration sensors, automatic regulators and programmable controllers, which are connected with the information system. A programmable controller-comparator of the spectral energy density (SED) is additionally embedded into the complex, which is connected with the information system and contains a database on allowable SED values and vibration dose threshold values of technical facility elements intended for vibration data processing incoming from the controllers from electrical equipment bases, integrating the current SED values for software and hardware facilities, comparing the current SED values with allowable values and based on vibration threshold values for technical facility elements and transmitting a signal for performing maintenance check on the software and hardware facilities that must be performed by vibration indicators to the information network.

EFFECT: increased reliability of software and hardware complexes of the automated process control system.
